WIMBIZ Has nominated 10 successful Nigerian women business owners to IWEC in the past years

This year, WIMBIZ has nominated one awardee, Temilola Adepetun, School Kits Limited.   We are very pleased to have her join us at the 12th Annual IWEC Foundation Conference being held in New Delhi, India November 10th-13th. She will receive her award from IWEC Chairwoman and Former US Ambassador, Ruth A. Davis and IWEC Conference Chairwoman, Princess Noor Asem of Jordan at the Awards Ceremony on Tuesday November 12th.

Temilola is an economist and a successful entrepreneur. She started her professional career in the Oil & Gas industry.  She worked in various departments such as Economic planning, Treasury, Insurance and Human Resources and after 14 years, resigned to pursue her passion with entrepreneurship in the education supplies sector. Temilola started School Kits in the year 2000 and has grown the enterprise to four retail outlets across Lagos and Abuja in Nigeria.  The company provides retail and wholesale supply of school uniforms, Dress accessories, stationeries and other back-to-school items for pupils and schools.  

The company does business with China, Turkey, UK, United States & India and would like to expand to Ghana, Cameroon, Kenya, Rwanda & South Africa.
