We are very pleased to have her join us at the 12th Annual IWEC Foundation Conference being held in New Delhi, India November 10th-13th. Irma will receive her award from IWEC Chairwoman and Former US Ambassador, Ruth A. Davis and IWEC Conference Chairwoman, Princess Noor Asem of Jordan at the Awards Ceremony on Tuesday November 12th.

Irma established DEKS in 1993, starting with just 1 secretary and 2 staff members. Initially they only worked in the Indonesian market. She became the rep in Indonesia for ESOMAR, a global association based in Netherlands. After that, her business expanded to Asia, Europe and the Americas. DEKA has become one of the leading market research companies in Indonesia. She also added new companies under the DEKA group and continues to grow the company in retail consulting, research operations, digital marketing and strategic transformation consulting for companies. She also opened a business in Myanmar. Her goal is to leave a legacy for Indonesian women to make a difference.
