Monique is a China-based Dutch entrepreneur specializing in sustainable fabrics made of recycled plastic bottles. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in the textile industry. Monique is the driving force behind Waste2Wear, a company providing eco-textiles from recycled materials, and Waste2Weave, a social impact program aiming to improve the livelihood of women in India and around the world. She constantly strives on having an innovative company that focuses on the need for a larger social impact and environmental consciousness.
