Rosemarie Bosch-Ong is currently serving as the Senior Executive Vice President-Chief Operating Officer of Wilcon Depot, Inc, an automotive and building retail corporation. She has spent more than three decades in managing the company. She has held positions in Marketing, Administration and Operations. She served as the Former Treasurer of the Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) Foundation. She is also currently serving as the President of Wilcon Builders’ Foundation, Inc. (WBFI), a Director and the Vice President for Research and Information of Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) and a Director and the Chairman Committee on CSR and Public Relations of Philippine Constructors Association (PCA).

Gregoria “Gigi” Gamboa-Simbulan is the Executive Vice President of R. G. Simbulan and
Partners Corp., a construction company, and contractor of ID Fit-out works. Concurrently, she is
the CFO setting direction for the Finance and Treasury functions. Prior to becoming a full-pledged entrepreneur, Gigi was a senior manager in a development bank, managing investment portfolios and trust accounts. Gigi holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines, completing both with honors. Her chamber work enabled her to pursue advocacies for small business and to find true expression of CSR.
