Denise is the Managing Director of THOKOZANI (meaning Celebrations in ZULU). After starting out in the corporate world, she went full time into the wine business, becoming the majority shareholder and empowering 75 farm workers who become shareholders in the business. Denise was instrumental in the creation of the Thokozani Group of Companies, which is a Broad Base Black Economic Empowerment initiative that has wine, conferencing and hospitality property business interests. Denise is active in many women’s and industry organizations and has won several awards for her work and successes.

Judy Sunasky is the owner and MD of Blendwell Chemicals. Judy has developed a company that specialises in manufacture of green and food cleaning products. Blendwell also offers own label manufacturing services to local and international clients. Judy has brought innovation into the green cleaning space and won awards and recognition in the environmental arena. Judy is an active member of both WeConnect and WPO (Women Presidents Organisation) and an enthusiastic supporter of women in business.

Her professional experience has been devoted to education and international student exchange. She started my professional life as a teacher and coordinator of internships in Spain and abroad and has worked for FIYTO (Federation of International Youth Travel Organizations), GWEA (Global Work Experience Association), and WYSTC, among others.
