WeConnect International nominated one awardee for the 2019 IWEC Awards, Monica Schimenes de Oliveira from Brazil.  We are very pleased to have them join us at the 12th Annual IWEC Foundation Conference being held in New Delhi, India November 10th-13th.  Ms. Schimenes de Oliveira will receive her award from IWEC Chairwoman and Former US Ambassador, Ruth A. Davis and IWEC Conference Chairwoman, Princess Noor Asem of Jordan at the Awards Ceremony on Tuesday November 12th.

Having graduated in Social Communication & Public Relations, Mônica founded MCM Brand Group, an integrated communication and live marketing group committed to diversity and inclusion. She is an active signatory of the LGBTI + Business and Rights Forum, she is an adviser to the NGO Integrare, which includes minority entrepreneurs in the large corporate purchasing chain. Monica graduated from Monsanto’s Supplier Development Program in 2018 and recently in a similar program at Procter & Gamble.  She was selected by WEConnect International as the entrepreneurial woman of 2019. In addition to her entrepreneurial side, Mônica acts as a singer and a musician speaker and mother of a son, Leo.
