Welcome Anna!

Anna Quiros began her professional career in the automotive sector’s leading multinational corporation, Valeo, joining the HR department in 1996.  After having completed a work experience program at the same company as Director of Training and Development,, she became the head of HR in 1998.  Valeo provided her with great knowledge of HR systems and a plethora of management tools that were completely innovative at that time in Spain.

In  June 2000 she became Head of HR at Magna Spain and Portugal, a multinational corporation also in the automotive sector, undertaking projects to implement tools for HR development at the company, team creation and the Steering Committee. In 2002 she assumed the duties of Head of HR of the South-West division (Slovakia, Italy, France, Spain and Portugal) overseeing the company’s entire expansion in Eastern Europe and creating and consolidating a culture for the group’s other divisions.

In 2008 she joined CaixaBank, Spain’s leading bank with more than 5,000 branches and 30,000 employees, holding the position of Head of LR and contributing to the transformation of the sector and to the process of integration with other banks, such as a Banca Cívica, Banca Valencia and Barclays Spain where, in parallel, she held the post of Head of HR, overseeing the negotiation and integration process with CaixaBank. In 2016 she assumed the duties of Diversity and Culture, creating both departments and overseeing rooted actions that have influenced the bank’s culture and which currently constitute a priority axis in the company’s strategic plan. In 2018 she assumed the duties of Development and Selection, areas in which she is driving change to implement HR best practices.
