IWEC was created by the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona, Spain, in partnership with the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry Ladies Organization (FICCI/FLO) with support by the U.S. State Department. Over the past years, we have continuously added more partners creating a network that now covers five continents. Each year, a different Chamber partner hosts or co-hosts the Annual IWEC Foundation Conference.
