IWEC Foundation is not a membership organization. It is a 501(c)(3) educational organization made up of a global network of chambers of commerce, women’s business groups, and successful women business owners. You can follow IWEC on social media and join the mailing list to stay updated on programs and educational posts.
You may attend if your company meets the network’s basic criteria. You can also explore sponsorship opportunities for added visibility. The conference is hosted in a different city each year.
Awardees are nominated each year by partner chambers of commerce, women’s business organizations, and past awardees. Criteria include: the company has existed for at least 3 years; the nominee is the majority shareholder; the nominee runs the company (CEO/President); the company has at least $1.5M in annual revenue; and the nominee demonstrates strong corporate social responsibility or personal involvement in giving back.
Applications are available for chamber partners and women’s business group affiliates. There is no cost to be part of the IWEC Foundation network. Email np@iwecawards.com to request an application.
IWEC Foundation is supported by corporate and individual sponsors, as well as donations from past awardees and supporters.
The network includes successful women-owned, for-profit businesses across many industries—from consulting, finance, and accounting to agribusiness, manufacturing, and beauty.
