Dianna Raedle is CEO/President and Founder of Deer Isle Group, a company that specializes in global growth strategies and complex capital solutions.  Deer Isle Group, through its broker/dealer, has raised over $5 billion in capital since its founding in 2007.  Deer Isle Group additionally provides strategic growth advisory to global (including emerging markets) “C” suite corporate leadership in industries that include financial services, asset management, innovation and technology, real assets, real estate and oil & gas.

Before founding Deer Isle Group, Dianna was co-founder/managing member and investment committee member of Millennium Americas, a sub-advisor to the Millennium Americas Special Situations Fund which invested in private capital transactions across the Americas with a focus on Latin America.

Prior to Millennium Americas, Dianna worked in structured finance at institutions that included CS First Boston, where she worked in London and Switzerland, SBC Warburg, and Citibank.

Dianna is currently on the board of OceanGate, a company that designs and manufactures manned submersibles that explore the Titanic and other deep-sea sites.  In addition, she is on the Princeton University Entrepreneurship Council Alumni Advisory Board and teaches workshops at the Princeton University Keller Center
